Return Process

  Log into your Lorex account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original packaging, including all cameras, cables, mounts, and manuals to ensure a valid return processing.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund
